Survive the Zombie Apocalypse
With only your weapon, Survival at Gunpoint thrusts you into a dangerous post-apocalypse world, where zombies are out for blood. The undead roam about everywhere, slowly but surely taking over the streets.
Whatever is left of humanity is trying to create safe spaces and keep out the infected. Rise to the occasion and lead legions of comrades to stand together in battle.
Be ready to venture into infested zones to find supplies and rescue survivors. In this action-packed title from 37GAMES, the fate of the world is in your hands.
Recruit Brave Heroes
Survival at Gunpoint is a hero collector in its own right. You will recruit brave characters and add them to your roster. There are a variety of main and sub-heroes to acquire. You can take up to 5 of them to combat missions. There is also an option to change the hero formation when going into battle.
By upgrading, heroes level up, and their base stats improve. The stronger they get, the more formidable your team becomes.
Besides upgrading, you can also evolve a hero. This option becomes available when any character reaches the maximum level. Using it increases the level cap for the evolved hero.
When you evolve heroes, they also get new skills. What’s more, you can enhance your characters or upgrade their special effects as well as boost hero and troop skills.
Build a Sanctuary
Besides fighting zombies, you also have a sanctuary to build and develop. It houses the headquarters, watchtower, Noah’s Tavern, and other structures enclosed within the fence.
As you would expect from similar base-building games, Survival at Gunpoint offers construction tasks that take time to complete. However, you will be able to use building speedups to expedite development.
The zombies are just one of the threats to worry about in this dangerous world. On the other hand, hostile humans from other sanctuaries can send their commanders to raid and plunder your base for supplies. The ultimate goal is to develop an impregnable shelter and keep intruders out.
Tips & Tricks for Playing Survival at Gunpoint on PC
• Use Medical Items
Sometimes fellow allies or the hero under your control can get injured during missions. When that happens, make sure to use medical supplies to patch up the injuries with bandages, splints, and other medical supplies. Sometimes, the healing buff can pop up on the battlefields. Make sure to consume it when that happens to recharge your hero’s health.
Once a player heals, their might increases. Remember, it is essential to go into battles at full strength. Otherwise, you will have a hard time making it out alive.
• Follow the Chapter Quests
Between constructing your sanctuary and heading out to battle zombie threats, deciding what to focus on first when playing Survival at Gunpoint can be a bit confusing. However, the game offers a list of chapter quests to make things easier.
At the bottom left corner of your screen, just above the game’s menu icons, the current chapter quest is always listed there. It could ask you to do something like repair the radio, upgrade the fence, collect a transistor, and so on.
From this section, you can check how many quests you have to complete for the current chapter and how many are complete. Upon finishing all the quests, your chapter rewards will become available to collect. So, make sure to prioritize these missions to fast-track your progress, learn more about the game plot, and gain more loot.
• Always Check Battle Might
Every battle displays the recommended might your team should have to stand a chance of winning. Ideally, your team’s total might should be higher, or at the very least, equal to what the game suggests. If it is lower, first, take the time to upgrade your heroes.
To level up your fighters, go to the heroes menu from the home screen and tap on the character you want to upgrade. Keep in mind, though, that you need to have enough antiserum to complete the process.
• Join an Alliance
Lastly, Survival at Gunpoint offers alliances that players can form or join. Make sure to team up with other players because several benefits come with it. For starters, you earn 300 diamonds for joining an alliance. Also, your sanctuary will be relocated to the vicinity of the alliance leader when you join one at player level 8. You will also be able to receive help from your allies.
