How to play PewDiePie's Pixelings on PC (3 Easy Steps):
Save the Pixelings of Pixeland
PewDiePie’s Pixelings sounds like a game full of colorful lands and cute happy inhabitants. While it certainly offers all that in spades, it is not all rainbows and unicorns in Pixeland – at least not anymore. The very existence of the pixelings is under threat owing to a mysterious being (which is actually a barrel with eyes and teeth) that is literally eating up pixeland inhabitants. So, it is up to you to step in and save the pixelings from annihilation. You can do that by playing PewDiePie’s Pixelings for PC. And, for those of you who like to enjoy games on the go, Outminds Inc. also offers this strategy combat RPG on Android as well as iOS.
Enjoy Fluid Automated Combat System
The inhabitants of pixeland may be cute and oozing with delight, but they are certainly no push over when it comes to fighting for their very existence. Raring to go, the pixelings just need you to lead them. Well, this will not be hard at all. That is because the game features an autobattler style of combat. So, quick reflexes and a mean fighting streak are not things you need. Instead, you only deploy pixelings onto 3 circles (one at the front and two on a rear line). Also, the opponents step into the battlefield and take their spots on the other side in a similar formation.
All the controls you will need during battles are found at the bottom of the screen. There is a bench on the left side where you simply tap on a pixeling character and drag it onto any of the 3 spots. The other side features two spell buttons where one heals while another gets your pixelings to unleash unique attacks. Other than that, attacks happen automatically with each pixeling attacking once their action bar fills up.
Pile up on Pixeling Warriors
In this game, it pays to have a list of pixelings handy. When one goes down during battle, you can drag in another and keep going until all your opponents are destroyed. Leading up the charge of the game’s 2D pixilated characters is your very own fighting partner PewDiePie (Pewds in short). He is a charming pixeling and quite chatty as you will come to discover in the many dialogue scenes that play out during the game. Pewds along with his canine pet Edgar are among the two characters that you get free early on as you begin to play this game.
As for the rest of the pixelings, battling frequently is pretty much the only way to grow your list of fighters. This is due to the simple fact that every battle fought in PewDiePie’s Pixelings for PC earns you experience. And, the more experience acquired, the stronger and harder to beat your team becomes. Soon enough word of your dominance will spread and pixelings will naturally join your team. More pixelings can be unlocked via rewards, which you also earn by completing more levels.
Tips & Tricks for Playing PewDiePie’s Pixelings on PC
Understand the Game
Gameplay in PewDiePie’s Pixelings is fairly easy. However, there are plenty of nuances to the game that you must understand before you start playing. For instance, you can heal a pixeling whose HP is dangerously low. But, keep in mind that timing is key because the health spell takes time to recharge when used once.
Another point worth noting is that the game allows you to reposition pixelings mid-battle for more effective attacks. You can even deal more harm by directing a damage-dealing spell to a barrel right at the exact moment your pixeling attacks. These and more nuggets of wisdom are made known at the beginning of play. So, make sure to pay attention to the game’s tutorial.
Maintain a Healthy Mix of Fighters
just like in auto-battler combat games, the pixeling combatants are categorized into groups. Melee pixelings are good at fighting and have their attacks directed at the front position on the opponent’s side. Ranged pixelings in turn attack the positions directly in front of them.
A selection of 3 ranged pixelings makes sense and each one will attack on the other side. Similarly two ranged combatants and one melee has you covered. Strategic formations is something you have to consider before going into battle. Therefore, make sure you have a good mix of the pixelings at all times.
Take on Quests
Are you looking for a way to advance quickly in this game? If so, quests are your best bet since they earn you extra coins and experience points.
Watching ads is another way to unlock additional quests. If you do not unlock a quest after the ad, you will be rewarded with an instant chest, or a range of other rewards all of which will boost your progress in PewDiePie’s Pixelings.
