Plenty of Adventure
NieR Re[in]carnation is a role-playing game developed by Squire Enix and Applibot, and it comes with tons of action to entertain you. The game plot will also take you on a fascinating journey.
The story is about a Girl of Light with her companion guide, Mama. They both find themselves in a strange world. She wakes up shackled in a vast opening within a massive series of structures.
The main protagonist has to regain what she has lost by restoring and collecting warped memories. Each memory dwells within a weapon. Along the way, she will encounter many challenges to overcome in this cage-like world.
Besides the main storyline, there are others quests and features in the game. You will play through chapters that have many sub-quests.
In NieR Re[in]carnation, each character has skills and a companion. In the profile of each hero, you will view strengths, the type of weapons to possess, and companions. For instance, Wood Hunter can use three types of weapons at different levels. One is the primary, and the rest are secondary.
You can choose gear for your characters or let the AI do it for you with the auto feature. In the main storyline, you find the Girl of Light and her companion Mama, but there are more characters. Others heroes to unlock include the wanderer, clockwork soldier, assassin, and prosthetic hunter.
Additionally, the characters belong to four classes, namely small, medium, large, and XL. Furthermore, you can summon your characters. By doing so, you will need to unlock their weapons. Each character has a special weapon. For example, Abstract Hunter uses a wretched blade while an Abstract Assassin uses a sliver snow fang. On the other hand, an Abstract Captive wields a cryptolith staff.
These are but a few of the numerous characters found in this game. You will encounter many more as you are playing the game.
Combat, Game Modes, & Weapons
The game of NieR Re[in]carnation has several quests to be accomplished. For the most part, combat takes on a 3v3 turn-based duel format. In a single battle round, you can face up to three waves of enemies.
There are two categories of missions, namely the main and sub-quests. Furthermore, the latter branch out into daily, guerrilla, and character quests.
Daily quests have the Easy, Normal, Hard, and Master modes. Guerrilla quests only happen during specific times of the day at a set period. When you complete them, you acquire higher dropout points.
By finishing quests, you get to obtain items and earn enhancement materials. Free gems can help you to perform summons. When recruiting characters and receive a duplicate, you will get an item (warfare Text) instead that will power up the character’s skill.
The game has many weapons for your characters to use. Each weapon has its characteristics. You also farm for materials to assemble your gear through the main storyline and quest. Any items you cannot carry automatically go to your gift box.
