Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin for PC – Installing Guide
Light or Dark: Pick a Side in Fine ARPG
If you are looking for an Action RPG you can truly sink your teeth into, Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin is an excellent choice. This brand new title from UnlockGame comes armed with an abundance of gameplay where the goal is to fight an endless array of enemies, monsters, and demons to collect rewards and grow stronger.
Everything takes place in an abandoned open-world environment, with a 3D vertical display making up the settings. Even so, players get to enjoy panoramic views of the scenery thanks to the stunning 360-degree perspective feature. With this function, players can tap and switch perspectives at any time, even while in the thick of the game’s fast-paced, real-time, hack n slash combat mechanics.
A fun side to Immortal Destiny – Darkness Origin is that you get to choose if you will play on the Light or Dark side. The game’s primary classes of Warrior, Mage, and Assassin offer a choice of Light and Dark characters.
Furthermore, each option features an additional four secret identities. These include Fortune Teller, Knight, Audience, & Destiny Angel picks for light character and Storm Lord, Bandit, Provocateur, & Alchemist for the dark side.
All secret identities unlock at Lvl. 70 at which point it becomes possible to change from one light/dark secondary identity to another at will. It is also possible to customize your look further by switching through a generous supply of wings and mounts that you earn gradually.
Game Features Randomized Play
With Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin, game modes range from daily quests and events to boss fights and real-time PvP or PK (i.e., Player Kill, where you face off with a series of other players).
The game has no set of rules but instead gives you the freedom of traveling to any part of its massive map (by tapping on the map tab at the top right corner). You will come across a ton of NPC’s wherever you land. The Non-Player Characters have automated conversations (via a chat box) with your character that sometimes include mission instructions. There is also a tiny quest box towards the bottom center of the screen, which you can turn to for instructions.
Upon reaching level 134, Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin opens introduces a laid back scene of real and romantic social play. Here you get to meet someone, play and grow together, and ultimately have a romantic wedding ceremony. There are advantages to partaking in this, including powerful wedding rings, fashionable attire, and a dungeon exclusive to couples.
Play-to-Unlock Game Controls
While there is a lot to do in this game, you will not have access to all available features at once. All game functions (welfare hall, VIP, achievements, daily, events, etc.) unlock gradually one at a time until they eventually fill up a sizeable portion of the game’s screen. With this, players have an incentive to keep playing as the game gets more diverse and intriguing the deeper one gets.
The play-to-unlock design extends to battle controls, whereby you get one automated ability and four other skills that unlock one at a time. You will have unlocked all skills within the first 5 minutes of your adventure. The auto-skill button is available to use continuously while the other skills have a short cooldown period (i.e., once tapped, you will have to wait for a few seconds before you can use them again). Luckily, the waiting or cooldown period for combat controls is not that long. An upside to this skill casting system is that you have plenty of room to experiment with skills to come up with a flurry of killer combo moves.
Tips & Tricks for Playing Immortal Destiny – Darkness Origin
• Hack n Slash away
In addition to fighting every enemy you encounter during play, make sure to go monster hunting as well. The more you fight, the more spoils you get (especially with boss fights, which come with the opportunity of collecting rich resources, including rare gear).
You can use what you get for your character or trade them for better advantages such as increased EXP. Fighting more also gives you the chance to level up your skills and gain experience points.
• Stop to Chat Up NPC’s
There is no shortage of NPC’s in Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin. You only need to run 10 feet in any direction, and you will come across one. Their abundance is a huge plus since the NPC’s are invaluable. For starters, they offer a simple, non-costly way to boost your HP after a fierce fight. What’s more, you get instant boosts for your EXP, DEF, and ATK stats every time you stop to chat with an NPC. Some of the NPC’s even throw in random gifts such as gear, chests, and skill upgrades.
• Check on your Winnings Regularly
From spoils of a fight to quest rewards to random gifts, your winnings in Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin come so fast and frequently that you may be sitting on a valuable item without even knowing it. To avoid this, you must stay on top of your inventory.
Open chests, claim rewards, hit the ‘wear’ & ‘use item’ options, plus visit the Achievement, Boost, and Character tabs often. Knowing what you have is beneficial in many ways. It enables you to make upgrades, swap for higher gear than what you currently have, and sell/trade unwanted items. You can earn big-time by trading in objects that are no longer useful.
• Heed Game Suggestions
As you play Immortal Destiny: Darkness Origin, a fairy-like character pops up occasionally, offering pointers.
