After all slots are filled, you can then look for a new city to develop in until you manage to own a slew of properties. Although that sounds like a lot of work, the gameplay mechanics are pretty simple.
At the bottom of the screen are sections labeled BUY, MANAGERS, UPGRADE, TROPHY, and, STARS. All you need to do is click on the respective section when you want to acquire upgrades, trophies, and stars, hire managers, or buy more properties. Every other action required in the game is done by clicking on the ‘shopping cart’ and ‘settings’ symbols at the top of the game’s screen as well as other icons that pop up during play.

Tips & Tricks for Playing Idle Property Manager Tycoon on PC
Keep Upgrading your Buildings
The goal in this game is to become the greatest property mogul. So, your work is cut out for you. There is no doubt you will need a huge fortune to bankroll the expansion of your empire. One way to increase your finances is to keep your properties in the best shape. Upgrading your houses increases their value, giving you the right to ask for more rent. That said, there are a couple of things you need to know in advance concerning upgrades.
One, newer houses have a higher rank than older ones and consequently fetch more rent. Therefore, it is wise to stick to upgrading houses that are still new every time you save up enough money for an upgrade. However, houses approaching a 25-tier level deserve more priority. With every level 25 milestone that a house hits (i.e. level 25, 50, 75, 100, and so on), the game awards you a multiplier boost that increases your cash generations. So, upgrading at this point will get you a huge earning boost.
Seize Money-making Opportunities
Keep in mind that the above-mentioned point is not the only way to make money in the game. In fact, there are quite a few opportunities to get a hold of extra cash. You just have to keep an eye out for them.
For instance, you can watch a video ad to double your reward when offered the chance. A similar offer to this is to activate the Ad Boost. Simply tap the 2X cash option on the right center of the game’s screen before watching a video. This will activate a temporary boost period where you will earn double from every last one of your properties.
For those who find watching ads to be a nuisance, there are also other options to maximize earnings. Occasionally, drones fly over houses. You are required to tap on the drones to send them crashing to the ground and in return, receive a huge chunk of free cash ($1000 plus). There are also parties that you can host, whereby a music symbol pops up over the houses. Your job is to just tap on the symbol to get the party going and you will be awarded cash or gold bricks for your trouble. You can make as much a 10 gold brick pieces in a day on just organizing parties.
Make the Occasional ‘Trophy Sacrifice’
Getting more cash in the game also has the advantage of winning you trophies, which are a worthwhile item to have. Converting a trophy (by tapping on the trophy button on the bottom left corner followed by convert) gives you an earning boost whereby you make more cash in the next round of play. The only problem is that you will lose cash as well as all progress made on buildings, upgrades, and managers with every trophy convert.
The trick here is to find a balance between the parallel gain and loss that comes with converting a trophy. Do not rush to convert your trophies as you earn them. Instead, save them until they add up to a significant amount. The more trophies you convert in one go, the higher the bonus you get. If you play it right, the cash earned from converting trophies can recover all lost progress and significantly expand your empire within a short time.
Look out for Celebrity Tenants
In this game, star tenants are the Holy Grail equivalent of tenants. They pay more rent than regular tenants, throw more parties, and have faster cash generations on their houses. So, try to unlock a star tenant whenever you can. They may cost a ton of gold to acquire but star tenants will enable you get rich faster.
